Our goal has always been to make our food with high quality local ingredients that come from family owned farms, are humanely raised, antibiotic & hormone free, and organic as much as possible. Our menu will change with the seasons as it is important to us to explore the bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Some of our local vendors are: Sweet Briar Farms, Nicky USA, Olympia Provisions, Tails & Trotters, Gathering Together Farms, Grand Central Bakery, Larsons Creamery, Columbia Gorge Organic Juice & Cellar Door Coffee Roasters.
All of our sandwiches are made to order. Due to the volume of orders we receive, especially on the weekends, there will be a wait time. We appreciate your patience as we grow.
